I won't be bringing a Maverick this year, but would like to meet all of you fine folks here. Maybe next year both Sprints will be ready.

I will be there on Saturday in my gold '73 Stang conv. with the North Central Mustang Club and on Sunday in my black '69 XR7 Cougar htp with the Sunshine State Cougar Club. I am also planning on going on the Pony Trails on Friday AM, too, maybe with my daily driver white '69 Cougar conv.

There is also a cruise in on Friday night at the K-Mart parking lot at 36th & Silver Springs Blvd, near the park. Should be a GREAT weekend!!

    Dennis,

It was great to see the Sprint last year. Wish I could have got around and had some conversation before you got out of there.

For me I always visit the relatives for a week and then hit the show on the way home. So Saturday is the only day I can make it. You can always come up to Carlisle in June. :D

What would be more special than walking through 1200+ Fords in one place at the same time?

That is how many were there last year on Saturday. Throw in a cruise down the river in a glass bottom boat and there you go! SPECIAL!!

Frank, are you and Effie coming?

yea, i already tried that arguement with him. he just laughed and said in girl world it wasn't that special. she and his daughters have gone for the last few years so i guess she can pull rank for this year. i think ken is just giving someone else a chance to win this year.

My ex-wife was never an old car person. Only old car she liked was the '66 Covette conv I gave her. That is because of all the attention she got with it. She even complained later on when the Corvette I owned at the time leaked a little oil on the garage floor. As long as she had her Benz, nothing else mattered to her.

Today, however, she lets our son park his '69 Mach 1 in her garage and it leaked all over the floor. But that was ok, since it was baby boy's car, go figure. No justice in the world.

He will be with me on Saturday with his Mach 1. Mustang Monthly is doing a photo shoot on the car for a Spring issue.

Twenty five years of marriage in today's world is special. I never made it that far, got divorced after twenty two years. He should do something very memorable.

    Jim
