Smog pump

    1974 Mav 2 dr 250 6 cylinder
    I have a 1974 maverick and was wanting to replace the EGR valve. They asked if it had california emissions on it. Where would I find this on the car? Would this car have a smog pump on it if it was bought in Arizona?
