Yes its time to start on my Stallion,,, I have to thank many here on the Forum for helping me get the parts I needed to do the job,, Dennis Marten is helping me out with the Transmission, and some other parts,,, Ray Parish found me the 'Z' Bar and the peddle assembly,, Mean_Maverick came up with all the goodies I need for under my hood,, Craig Selvey with the wheels,, and Dan Starnes with all the Stallion Info a guy could ever need,, Thank you much guys,,:Handshake,, Now that all the parts have been located,, The Project is going to get started,,, I cant Imagine how hard it would have been with out this Forum and all the people that are here to help and suport each other,,,, Stefan,,, You the Man,,,

I have not shown pics of what my Stallion looks like,, Its a 5,000 mile car,, Red and Black, 3 speed on the floor 302 V8, I plan on posting pics of this cars rebuild from the ground up in my Gallery,, This week I will start posting 2 pics every week from what she was on the flat bed to her completion,, After all the help I have gotten in locating all the parts needed for this task,,, The best way I can think of saying Thank you,, Is to make this car a perfect from the ground up,,, keeping it all Factory,, and bringing this rare Gem back from the grave,,, My Ghoal is to have it ready for the round up this year,, So with a little luck I hope after all these years of her sitting in a barn she can shine again,,

Thank you all for helping me find the parts needed for samples and also for the cars I am restoring,, You all are a great Family and I am proud to be part of it,,

    Joe

The owner bought it new,, went to New York and met up with black Ice,, slid into a tree on the passenger side,, did some frame damage,, the car sat for years in a barn,,, Finaly he decided to sell the spindles off the front and the diferential to a Mustang owner,,, The Engine and trans was pulled out and was going to be sold as well,, tranny is gone,, Motor I have,, Clutch peddles sold as well,, after some parts were taken off,, it sat out doors for 2 years,, then I picked it up late last summer,, so the body is solid,, not at all rotted out,,but some paint chipped and surface rust,, and disasembled,,,
