You already have all you need for a one-wheel-peel. Some sort of spool or posi if you want both wheels to spin.

Line lock helps, but not needed.

I was able to do unlimited burnouts with my stock 302 block with a mild cam, edelbrock 4 barrel 600 cfm, and that was about it. Just mash the brakes, and then mash the gas. The front brakes are stronger than the rear, so the rear wheel(s) will let loose first and start spinning.

You don't need a hi performance cam, electronics, or anything else.

    Just your stock 302.

The line-lock helps because you can mash the brakes, hit the line-lock, and let off the brakes. Now the rear wheels are not having any brakes applied, but the front brakes are locked on. So they spin more easily and without the drag of the brakes, and without overheating and warping your rear brake drums.

First thing you will need is a trac lok (posi) to do two wheel peels like Derrick.
Then all you need is a little torque...:burnout:

Deeper Gears will help tremendously too.:thumbs2: More torque, deeper gears and skinny tires with a hard compound.;)

No, no, no!!! Two washer bottles with pumps and squirters aimed at the rear tires. Add a little bleach and you have some nice smokey burnouts.

I actually had an old electric fuel pump and a separate reservoir full of soapy water on my 71 nova, people used to wonder how I spin 295/50r15's with a 6 cyl and powerglide.
