My emergency brake will not "unluck" persay. It won't pull out or anything. Not that I use it, but does anybody have any clues to why it would be stuck or how to get it unstuck?

not using it is why its rusted. i usually soak them in trans fluid for a few days to loosen them up, if possible.

Most likely its one or both of the rear cables. Get some WD40 or RustBuster or any penetrating oil spray, and hose them down about once every hour. In a couple of days or less they should move.
