subframe

    is there a kit or design to connect the subframes of my 75 maverick

    can anyone help?

    a couple of guys on here have had them built for around $75. i got mine from summit racing. you have to call them and ask for them. they're not listed in the catalog but they do have them. mine were around $119. they are the rectangular weld in type. :)

    sorry, i just went to summit to try and find them. wouldn't come up so i got my old ramchargers catalog. that's where i first got the part number. i see where they were made by south side machine. they went out of business a couple of years ago.:mad:

    I got my Competition Engineering bolt-ins from either Summit or Jegs, can't remember which.

    Could someone briefly explain the benefits of these? Is it just to "sturdy up" the frame?

    Is installation just welded on?
