You better have a good motor to stick this on first. Or it won't last for very long.

This is about the cheapest kit for a roots, Powerdyne sells a hang on for about 1600 bucks, Then you have to either build or buy a blow Thur carb, These can be upward of 1000 bucks. If you run the pulley that comes with the above mentioned Blower, there shouldn't be a problem on a stock engine. Speed cost, How fast you want to go? Personally i wouldn't fool with a used one, Ill give you an example. A guy sent word he had one just like mine and wanted to sell it. I said well it cant hurt to go look, and for 800.00 dollars i could have a backup. He showed me the blower and said it had been factory rebuilt. I started looking and found the rear seal had came loose and cut a big chunk out of the rear of one rotor. Long story short, The blower was pretty much junk, Rotor would have to be replaced, And if you could even get one Holley thinks these parts are made of gold, So i wouldn't fool with a used one unless i knew the person or had experience with these blowers.

    Hey, Blown!

Are you able to close the hood over that 'charger?

I notice you have a cowl hood, is that all it takes to clear it, and how many inches extra did you need?

3 inch cowl, dropped base air filter with 3 inch element & flow top is what i have. Without the N20 plate you might get a 3.5 inch breather element.

Cool! I always liked how a cowl hood looks on our cars.

I will have to keep that in mind when I finally get to the point that I can afford the blower.
