ok, i am finally starting to legitamately plan my swap to a 302. i am wanting to be in the 300 hp range am planning on HAVING my engine built up. does anyone have an idea of what i should have done and ballpark what it will cost?
if its a ho 5.0 do what car craft did and put a set of afr heads, got the article said with just the heads it made 400hp i dont know what it would be to the rear wheels though. good luck with the swap
you would lose about 20% through an auto and about 15% with a manual. afr heads with headers,intake,carb and such should easily get 300 hp,more with a cam.
with the new power coming from a i6 200 i realize i will need a new radiator, what would be my best option there?
