I accidentally found a cool website for us Maverick owners. It shows a picture of a 2dr Maverick and allows you to see it with over 100 wheels. You can even rotate them! It allows you to lower the car in .5" increments AND it lets you choose a paint color from about 100. You can tint your windows in a few shades too. Have fun! The site is: www.newstalgiawheel.com

    Wow... what an awesome visualizer!!!

Thanks for the link... That is VERY COOL... I just visualized my car with it's new colour scheme (it looks very groovy...). Bright green to sit beside my bright red one.

Some wheels look absolutely horrid... but the old classics are still there and still look good... if you click "spin wheels" a whole slew of times the tires spin really fast.

I just wish it had tire options... like raised white letters... great little app!

Thanks for posting. Had fun with it.

If you have staggered tires, you need to play with the numbers a bit if you want to use different widths front and back. My car actually has 215/60s front and 265/50s rear, but for this visualizer I had to reverse the ratios because it assumes same widths.

Comrick, you need to do the Java download to use it.

This was on a ways back also, but it's nice to bring things like this site up again since we get so many new members on here. Thanks.:)

The site doesn't have a search term for a Maverick (or a Comet) but the wheel visualizer does. Click on street rods and muscle car wheels, then on the "wheel visualizer". There's a popup window that loads an application from another site... you might have to load the Java update.
