Hi everyone, The Tiger Wheels Maverick Preview Edition Sets just arrived from Hong Kong this morning and are ready for shipment. They look great and came just as ordered. There are only 100 sets of this edition, so they are very rare and valuable. As you may remember, the Preview Editions come in advance of the main body of cars. We expect that the rest of the Mavericks will ship from Hong Kong at the end of this month. Because you guys have been so helpful and very patient we are giving you the first opportunity to get your sets before we put them up for sale on the Tiger Wheels web site later this week or early next week. Once we put them up for sale on the web site, we expect they will be gone within a matter of minutes. If you want the set, we suggest that you call us now 817.226.0444 Again, thanks for all your help. Robert CNUSA
Robert, I ordered mine in the other thread you posted a while back ( http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5592 ) Do we need to re-order if we've already done so? Thanks, Rick
Rick, Under that thread it appears as though you have ordered the Tiger Wheels Maverick Foster A Dream Charity Car, which is a custom Grabber Blue model. The Preview Edition Mavericks in stock now are separate Vermillion color cars that you will have to order from us. Feel free to give us a call so we can get you set. Robert CNUSA
Damn! I just called to order and my damned cell phone is on the fritz! Any way to order online or by email?
So this is a differant set than the five car set? and the charity cars? Just getting the facts straight. Russ
I called and talked to the secretary, she said that this is a two car set that they only produced 100 of each car.
Hey Robert, any chance of seeing a 1/25 scale Maverick? That would be great. Just a thought, for your consideration!!!!! Earl
I ordered a set also since these will be the only RED cars for now. I asked about Grabber Hood cars and Robert says it really depends on how well the original sets of cars sell. If the Grabber Hood does happen it would be like 6 to 9 months from now before they would be available.
Do they still have any? Turns out my dang phone has a manufacturing defect and the new one will be here in a couple of days. Until then, I can't make any long distance calls. I hope they still have a set by then.
