Hi I new to this site but have just bought a 71 Maverick which I want to do a full tub on. I know how to shorten the ford 9 inch rear end but I was wondering if someone has a book or knows where to get one for a full tub on a maverick. I know the general process now I just want a book or magazine on what can be some of the pitfalls of doing the tub. Thank you very much if anyone can help in getting this information.

There might be some good info from some chassis suppliers. Are you back-halving the car? You would only gain an inch or two keeping the stock rails.

PS ... Welcome to the board.:Welcome: and congrats on buying your Mav.
