I need to replace my upper ball joints. Where can I find a better seal? The rubber seals don't last long. Do they
    make a polyurethane?

Like yourself, I have replaced my upper ball joints a few times over the years and I tried to locate replacement poly dust shields, but as far as I know, no one makes the correct size for our Mav/Comets.
With MOOG's "problem solver" line, apparently the rubber boots are a much better design, check out their site:

some detail info about dust shields.........I know with the tie rods, Energy Suspension has poly dust boots, as I have them for both inner/outer Moog tie rods. I recently purchased a spare set of their "problem solver" ES387R/L inner/outer tie rods and they are a better design than their older versions, still made in USA (for now........). I removed the dust shield to replace with poly and compared the bearing with an older version and they did make improvements to them.

check out their new designed end links for sway bars, I purchased a set a couple of weeks ago, work great!

I also, replaced the seals with poly and the sway link. I might have to replace the sway end link with that one.
