I read that late model (82 & later) 5.0 HO's use a reverse rotation water pump. Does this mean I am not able to use my '75 water pump on my new '85 HO? Thanks

You putting the HO in a Mav?
If so, you just need to use the old style timing cover and pump.
You will also need to run regular vee belts.
If you intend to use the serpentine system, you must use the HO pump, cover, and pulleys.

Yup, I did place the old cover and pump on it, just wanted to make sure that was correct. Thanks.
