I wasnt very impressed with the door and trunk seals from AK. The lower door strip is a poor fit. Too long. You'd figure if they have a part made they would test fit it. Not even close. The body opening didnt fit well at the A pillar. The push pins in the strip dont line up with the body holes and it really stretches the strip. The spacing between pins is off. Had to make my own holes in strip and relocate the last 2 pins. Just be ready to make some mods to the strips to get a good fit.

I am not positive but I believe some of the rubber they are selling is for mustangs...hence the bad fit and wrong location of holes.

I went on the Steele Rubber Products site to be amazed at how many seals there are for the Mav. I think I need the B-Pillar seals? I'll call them tomorrow and see.
    Thanks again,
    Ken

I didn't know Steele had them, I would think they are the same ones anyways. Not a big market for Maverick parts.

Mitch, I ordered the Hardtop Roof Rail Weatherstrip P/N 20-2823-68 @ 142.80/pr and Door Weatherstrip Kit P/N 20-1190-72 @ 78.30/pr. from Steele Rubber Products. I bought these seals because the other morning after it rained all night, there was a very wet carpet in the car. After looking at the dry rotted seals or even worse, missing seals. I didn't know there was suppose to be a seal along the lower door's. Anyway in a couple of days I hope to get the leaks fixed.
Steele Rubber Products has a long list of Maverick rubber parts.
    Thanks Mavman72 for the information.
    Ken
