I'll probably check out the race this weekend at Fontana. I don't race in them yet though, but soon hopefully.

I've seen them and a friend annouces their races. Simple bracket racing is more popular and less costly.

I will be there but not with the mav. I am part of the W.F.O. crew. We will be running the black Firebird in pro street and the Citation in outlaw street. Come by and say hello.

Sorry I'm gonna miss you Bob. Gonna be a busy weekend for me, My car will be there Friday to go thru tech with work keeping me away 'till Saturday morning. Kinda stressed out about getting registered in time to make any time runs! O-well gonna make the best of it and enjoy the weekend. A bad day at the races is better than a good day at work!

Went racing with the Goodguys @ Infineon last weekend. Things started well with a 11.675 @ 115.90 on my first and only time run. Got by the first round with a motor bogging 11.761 then red lighted in the second round. New tires really hooking hard! Gonna try to go to the All Ford event @ Sacramento this weekend and work with some things to get my (hopefully improve) 60' times back.

    Coop,
I'll be doing the Goodguys race coming up September 3 and 4th. I should get there a day or so before the race. If we don't get together before the race, just make your way to the tower and I'll be the guy doing the talking. Don't think I'll be driving my car. Don't have the time to make that trip.

    Rocky,
Wish I coulda been there. The wife's father was getting married that weekend and I couldn't afford the divorce. Two days at Infinion just isn't enough. Like Bakersfield, there are just too many racers and too little time.

Seattle will be interesting. We have not raced there in almost 10 years now. We would do a one day race night along with a two day car show at the fair grounds in Pualup(sp). This year the show is in Spokane 3 weeks before the race. This means we are taking the racing serious. It will be interesting. I wont be there for the show, but will make the race at this point.
