I have a Grabber hood that i am thinking about selling because i replaced it with a fiberglass one. The hood is in very good shape with little to no rust. It is painted GM Performance Red with a Black grabber stripe and the paint is in good condition. I was just wondering what a hood like this is worth? thanks for the help.

$150 -$500 if its 100% rust free...it would go far as top price

I wouldn't sell a perfect used Grabber Hood for less than $500 ....

I bought a perfect Grabber hood with good paint for $300 about a year ago. I think it also depends on location.

I have a Comet but just to beat Ray, $40. [IMG]

I know you asked about selling it, but why sell? I have two hoods for my car. What if something ever happens to it? Could you find another? In as nice of shape? For how much?

I saw a NOS one go for $1000 and a excellent used one go for half that. They're not reproduced in steel and are getting harder and harder to find. I've sold rusty ones for $200-$350 range.

I have kept the hood for a good two years after i replaced it with a fiberglass one and i just feel like it is time to get rid of it. Im more afraid of something happening to it in the garage. I have a few other things to do with the mav and the funds from the hood will help pay for it. :)
