Where can purchase the correct kickdown linkage?

    Had my Mav at the local shop for several weeks (new radiator, shocks, brake work, etc). It does not have the kickdown linkage, so I asked the shop to see if they could rectify that for me. They spent a lot of time trying to track down the appropriate linkage...however, they were not successful. (in fact, the part they thought would be correct would have to be routed through the firewall)

    I would really like to have this functionality restored (it was like this when I purchased the vehicle). Any help you could provide would be appreciated!

    What motor and trans do you have?
    A c-4 I assume?
    I-6 or V8?
    I think I have a kick down lever you could have cheap
