Where should I?

    Hook up the power and ground for my cigarette adapter?
    I guess the original owners didn't want this option..lol
    I found the plug in the ashtray for the adapter. But since I am new to car electronics, I need a little advice on the wiring. THX!

    Your wiring harness should already have a plug for the lighter ... in my 71 it was an L shaped plug ... just install the lighter socket and plug it into the harness ... it is grounded to the dash.
