I think the members of this board should attack the wikipedia website and pour tons of content onto the website that way when future newbies look at it they know what it is and plus it will only raise the awareness of mavericks/comets. I think this is an excellent way to boost the image of our cars and get more people thinking about these nice cars. It's very easy to do and what's cool is that everybody can write on the website. I think you fill out a simple for w/your email and then name and I think that's it. I have tried to add to it but since I am very new to the Mav/comet seen I couldn't really add anything. If anything else I know we can get some more pictures on there. I hope you guys understand this and give wikipedia a chance and a look and hopefully spend some time on it. Just think, the maverick/comet page could be bigger and longer than the mustang page:rolleyes:....oh the possibilites(y). Thanks:wave: and have a :drink:on me.

I can't really think of anything more to add to that. Someone has already done an excellent job.

I added a BUNCH of stuff back in April. It's been completely re-done since, much better than my half-hearted go at it.

Last time I looked at it, it was fantastic. You should have seen it a year ago -- there was almost nothing at all.

I may have exaggerated a little on how good it was, I just noticed how much it had grown:eek:. Maybe I'll add a pic of my car to get more maverickers:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

I love wikipedia and I want to add a wiki to this site that can be bridged with this forum. This would allow any memebr to add content without having to re-register and or login to the wiki. Someone is working on a bridge at the moment which looks promising and I will install it once it (and if) is finalized.

I really don't care about the "image" of my car.

Noticed the wikipedia entry now has a link back to this site as a sign of the car's increasing popularity. Shameless plug... (y) .

Anyway, wondering if anything ever became of the bridge between this site and the wiki mentioned above. That sounds neat.
