I think they still sell stock replacement handles in the HELP section at Advance Auto. I swear I just saw them last week while looking for something else.
Personally I would stay away from the Dorman handles. I had to replace the window regulators in my 60 Falcon because the cheap handles wiped the splines from the regulators.
The re-pops are made in China or Taiwan. The quality is hit-or-miss. Never had a problem with the splines though. Just the knobs.
