There is a lot of side to side movement, and seems to have play in the up and down direction also when not being depressed. I noticed a metal band with screwholes around the brake pedal arm, and there is nothing attached to it. I think this might be a clue, but I am not sure. Can anybody shed some light??
Doesn't sound promising. anytime I see plumbers tape somewhere it shouldn't be, I get concerned. Investigate and be prepared to find som "custom engineering".
