One new chevy(Wife's), and the Maverick.
I keep a log of the odometer reading, gallons, and price at each fillup.
I haven't calculated an actual statistical figure, but there is higher
mileage from premium fuel.

I look at it this way.
Average 20 gal a week.
20x52=1040gal a year.
1040 x 1.25(premium)= $1300.00
1040 x 1.19(regular)= $1237.60
differece per year = $ 62.40
While prices vary by date and location, were not breaking the bank to
use the Premium fuel.

I don't work for or own stock in any Petro company. I'm just stating that
there are different things to consider in making this decision.

If one is just commuting, and saving now is a factor, go with regular.

If one wants to squeeze out performance, or maximize mileage, use premium.

If someone just wants to vent, or argue without facts, feel free.
But don't cloud the issue with rhetoric, or 'feelings'.
