: Get on Your head and get under the dash,You'll find a Pully with a clevis pin that Your E brake cable goes to.Remove the hair pin cotter that holds the clevis pin in,remove the pully,now You will see that the bushing is shot,go to a GOOD parts store and buy a bronze bushing,7/16 OD and 5/16 ID,cut to size,stake it in place,replace same and You got a working parking brake
