The differeces are many, first a factory v-8 car will have reinforced shock towers, they will have a bolt in crossmember, different motor mounts, different throttle cable, different front springs, different rad, different engine wiring harness,a transmission that is built for a v-8 is stronger than for a 6, the drive shaft will be different between the two, Your best bet is to buy yourself a v-8 parts car to do the conversion. I have never swapped a v-8 into a '70, but since Henry didn't offer a v-8 in '70 ,I don't think that the bolt-on crossmember will bolt in because the holes may not be there. I don't think I forgot anything (I just woke up)
