I sat a 351-w down in my comet,But I couldnt get any exhaust on,I tried Serval different manifolds,and a tried Headers.I couldnt get those to work.Im sure there is some manifolds that would work,somewhere,But i couldnt find any..SO i just forgot the 351-w idea,and bought a 302 and sat down in there.
: :cutting the shock towers is not needed but, it makes things alot easier. I set the Block and heads in mine and it was tight but you could do it with madifolds or block hugger headers but, not much clearence
