ANOTHER Auto to manual ? (just full of it today ain't I)

I posed the question to a local tranny shop...
IF I had a doner with all the needed parts how much to do the transplant...
(assuming there is no fabrication needed).... He said around 400$

IS there any fabrication needed? (other than cutting a hole in the floor?)
I mean under the dash ect.... remember, we're going on the assumption that I have a doner that has ALL the extra parts in good working order...)
