I had one on my car (15/16")...I don't reccomend it though...Doesn't fit right and a bigger bar will just increase understeer without a bigger rear bar. Go with the 7/8" bar (stock is 3/4"); that's what I have on my '73 now and it works great. It was a rare option for the Maverick and I got mine from the junkyard for $10 bucks. just had to buy new bushings & end-links...
: Someone on the message board was selling their 7/8" sway bar, saying that they had replaced it with a 15/16" Lincoln sway bar. Anyone know what this is off of, or how well it works?
