...that connects from the selector (on the trans) to the column (not the shifter-trans one), it operates the "column" like the old shifter (on the column did )controlling the reverse lights and "park interlock" (can't remove the key unless trans is in park). The down side is that it won't "fit" if you've got headers...BTDT
