I have not had this problem,but i hear it's common on the Maverick and the Mustang,so here's what I have for you!
Part #02228-1,cost $14.95 from National Parts Depot.
This is a repair collar kit,have a hunch that Accu-Form may have made this,and if they did I'll bet they work just fine,Just wher do you live? The reason I ask is cause I have a few 800#s For the parts depot just depends where you live, let me know,Later Tom
