Need V-8 Clutch Equalizer Nylon Bushing

Does anyone know where to find part # C5AZ7543C? It's the nylon bushing that surrounds the clutch equalizer ball on the side of the engine. It is a two piece unit that is approx. 1" in diameter and 15/16" in length. It's no longer available from Ford and not carried by the specialty shops.
