First question is ... do you have the 'frame mounts' from a V8 or I6 model? You MUST use the one's designed for the V8. If you do have the frame mounts from a V8, perhaps they're installed "backwards" in the engine bay...the mounts didn't differ through the Mav run (71-77) on the V8's.
