I'm using a donor 74 comet 302 for the parts....

74merc is correct, it isn't a big deal but it may be easier to find a
complete engine with all brackets, oil pan, pickup tube etc instead of
finding the parts individually.

: all you have to do to change that is get another oil pickup tube and the correct oil pan. on a list of stuff that can prevent an engine going in your Mav, this is one of the insignifigant ones...
