I have gone the route and changed over to 5 lug disc spindles from a
Granada. I am now looking to buy all new steering components. Sometime,
on this board, it was said that this swap works well but you must use
some or all of the tie rods from the Granada. Can someone comment on this
and if I need to use any of the Granada parts could anyone explain why?
I went to a few auto parts stores today and when you start with a 70
Maverick and then have them look up parts for a 75 Granada they loose
their sense of humour. You would think that after looking up parts for
Hondas, Escorts and Blazers all day that they would welcome the challenge.
