um, yeah, the tranny will need to be replaced soon, but you can buy some radiator hoses for about 5.99 at auto zone. and they are easy as hell to put in. hell, i even changed my top one by myself, and im sure you all know how much i know about cars... =-) but for the bottom one you will probably want a bucket underneath, if you are cheap and want to save your radiator fluid. the top one will leak too, but i assume not NEARLY as much as the bottom one. but at least it still drives (for now). i cant drive my mav at the moment cause my freaking bumper is finally on its way down. the leaning side is now about 2" from the ground (little or no exaggeration there). i bought some bungee chords from kmart, but the freaking things are plastic headed, and wont attach to the top part of my trunk.... oh well.... could be worse!!! (that also applies to you)
: WHY ME?
: As I have to wait until November for the cash WHY can't Alice wait?????
: Today I tried toput her into park and it took a LOT of coaxing... (more than usual, that's another reason why I'm doing it all at once)
: I put her in reverse and for a few moments NOTHING! her tranny has been on the way out and now the linkage is DEFINATLY going... On the way home I stopped at the radiator shop JUST to make sure that I won't need to replace the radiator I had recored last year... As we lift the hood to inspect not one but BOTH &^%$#@!! hoses are showing signs of sever swelling...( This is a NEW thing... they were OK a week ago )
