Jim, any nicely restored vintage car is worth a second look regardless of make or model. However, each person has their own favorite or favorites. I agree with Dennis in that the cars that are more unusual are more appealing. Therefore, I prefer the maverick over the mustang, but a nicely restored mustang, camaro, GTO, Chevelle etc. is pretty cool also. Pick the one YOU like the most and don't worry about anyone else and their opinion! I'm not brand loyal, I have a 74 2dr maverick becuase it is an Arizona rust free 65,000 mile car that was purchased new by my mother-in-law. I also own a 1985 Buick regal powered by a 30 over BUICK 455! How often do you see either one? Good luck with your decision. WM (1st LT USAFR)

: I'm not sure if I want to keep my 73' grabber, I joined the Air Force and they'll ship it wherever I go. Kinda cool. I just wonder if I should sell it to a friend for a freaking lowsy $500(which will kill me due to the time, effort and money in her) and buy a mustang or even a *gasp* chevy. So i wonder how are mavericks better than mustangs? They are lighter, cheaper to insure and an attention grabber (pun intended). let me know, the fate of an orange grabber lies at stake.
