I think you were talking about me - I get 26.4 but that's on a 28.8 service and that's only $15 per month for 150 hours a month(which in my opinion is unlimited). And with the internet you can also get long distance calling at the discount rate of 7 cents per minute mon-fri and 5 cents per minute sat and sun. You cant beat it!!!
