:I presume thats 200 Watts each per 6X9 speaker. As an audio design Engineer, I must tell you that is WAY TOO MUCH for those 6x9s. If it holds together I then say some one who sold you this equipment (dealer or maker) is lying about the power rating, but then most people in the audio bizz lye.

However, to get rid of the vibration, nothing works better than mass. Remove the speaker board and make a new one from 3/4 inch marine grade plywood. Fasten it in well, and reinforce with mass the next part that rattles or buzzes.

I have been designing loudspeaker systems for the likes of AMPEG, FENDER and PEAVEY for thirty year and this is the best way of killing buzz and rattle problems.
