Replacing clutch,throwout bearing,pressure plate and flywheel

I was wondering if anyone has a 72 Mercury Comet out there who has had experience changing the clutch.Apparently my dumb ass sister burned it out as well as poured oil into the power steering.Also,anyone got a glass pack installed on their muffler? I'm planning on clamping one on to my V-8.
