Oh, you don't HAVE to do any mods...it WILL fit in there as is. However, in order to change the spark plugs (highly recommended) you'll need to cut back the shock towers. I don't know the exact place to cut and i doubt i could explain it to you if i did....However, you should be able to tell just by putting the engine in there and letting it rest on the 'mounts, then seeing where it's going to need to be hacked out.
