Thanks guys, I was worried that this might fall under the definition of "non-repairable," and was getting really frustrated. Question: Is undercoating the same thing as "Ziebarting?" Also, what is the going rate for underoating?
: I had the same problem with my grabber, I tok all the innards out and cut out the metal all around the rust and riveted new sheet metal in, then I rubberized it top and bottom. I also had a significant amount of rust int the upper front corners of the floor pan, right up where there is MAJOR frame stuff, that was repaired by once again cutting out the metal adn welding in 16 gauge sheet
