Well, since a 351M is a big block, you'll run into the same problem as was earlier confronted in the 460 in a maverick question. There's just not enough room between the shock towers for a motor that big. If you want to go to the trouble of putting in a big block you might as well go with the 460. But if you want a 351 the Windsor is your best option, because it requires little modification.
