I'm rebuilding the front end and have discovered that the caps that hold the strut-bar bushings in place are pressed on. I can't get the bloody things off to replace the bushings. Normally I'd just leave them in as they look ok but I paid for the polygraphite stuff and would like to use it. Only thought I've had so far is to try and remove the frame part that they are attached to and take that to a shop to see if they can un-press it for me. Are there any other ideas?????
