1972 Maverick Glass Mechanisms

I plan to replace the glass felt runs on my 1972 2-door Maverick. While scoping out the job, I could not find any way to remove the window regulator knob so that I can remove the trim panel. The know is not secured by any screws nor can I find a retainer on it's back side. Any assistance is appreciated.
