Bad Vibes.....

Have a problem creeping up that I am unsure of the exact origin. Due to lots of noise and vibration while driving, I took a gamble and replaced botn u-joints. This solved most of the noise and vibration. However, at speeds around 75-80, the vibration comes back REALLY strong. At 65 it is not noticable. The one thing that I did notice while working on the u-joints was that when I grab the differential yoke, it has about an 1/8 inch of radial play in it. I do not know if this is too much. I do not know how many miles the rear end has. The previous owner changed rear ends to get a stouter gear and since the ID tag is missing I have no idea what gear it has. I do know that the speedo is 15 mph fast. Anyone have any ideas???

p.s. tires are a little worn....
