8" 9" Rear disc swap

I was just wondering if the Versalies rear disc brakes would bolt onto the 8 inch rearend? If anybody knows for sure I would love to know. I know that axles can swp if the 9 inch is of the small bearing type vrs the large 4 pinion type. Thanks again for any info.
