Ok, looks like at least a month or two (or three) before I see Alice and I REALLY need a car. The '72 Mav needs a tranny to run but is otherwise OK. I will have the cash to fix the tranny next month.
I AM swiping the grabber hood to plop on to Alice and will be putting "her" better tires on the '72 when I get a new set. Now, I don't know if I will want to keep it afterwards or sell it... My roomies think it would be nice to have a "back up" car but I would rather spend the money "finishing up" Alice...
I don't want to send another good Mav off to the great unknown (probably to be parted and squished) but by the same tolken....
(Idealy, I'd sell it to a fellow IMCC member at a GOOD price!)
