Lower control arm bushing help needed...

I'm stripping the entire front end off of my Mav to rebuild it. Can anyone tell me if the outer metal jacket to the lower control arm bushing is an integral part of the arm or if it comes out with the bushing? Also any advice on how to take this bushing out would be appreciated. Thanks again. John B.
