Offer $2500 and go up no more then $3500. You never get out what you put in them, unless it's something very special. Look at it this way, if you put 1000 hrs. in a resto over three years
at even $15 per, minimum, for your labor which equals out to $15,000 just for labor then add in the parts and misc. costs like researching for parts etc. Now tell me what a car is worth to you.

Can you guys give some help to a message board "newbie"? I am interested in
: buying a completely restored '71 Maverick Grabber, but don't have a clue how
: much it's worth on "the market" these days.

: It's got a rebuilt and tricked out 302, 9" rear end, no flaws in the exterior
