: I'm switching my car over to manual steering for drag racing. I know the steering box ratios are different, but I'm not worried about that. I know I need the center link, but do I need the pitman arm, idler arm or anything else. Has anybody done this or know what I need. I am also looking for the parts needed. Any out there? While I'm here this is some other parts I'm looking for; Thottle cable for 302. The upper metal dash with no a/c, radio or any holes cut in it, plain as they come. Gas cap. Thats it for now. Thanx E.J.

: Just did one, you need both the center link and pitman arm. Got a new center link from PST. Found a Maverick in the salvage yard got whole assembly off. I still have the center link if your interested. Idler arm is ok to use. Had same problem with throttle cable, used 6cyl cable by cutting to length at gas pedal and using brass cable stop on end. Have a 75 Mav used for drag racing and a 74 Mav used for street rod, both are 302's. Will be glad to help out in your project with any info I can.
