I have a 1972 Maverick with a 250 I 6. I just bought one of those adapeters to put a 2bbl carb on the intake for the stock 1bbl. I have a 2bbl carb that came off of a 73 302 mav. I was wondering if I put hat adapter and carb on my 250 mav, I was wondering if the hood will still close fine with a air filter and everything or if I will have to cut a hole in the hood?
has anyone done this beore?
